Mixed-Use Building at Kebayoran

This mixed use building is comprised of diverse commercial activities. At 1st floor it has a restaurant and rental office or co-working space are at 2nd floor. Then 3rd floor consists of rental music studio, fitness center and pilates. Dancing studio is to be found at 4th floor and subsequently a multi-purpose hall is located at the roof top with landscaped roof top garden and outdoor sitting area. A semi-basement floor is provided at the base to facilitate parking spaces for car
The brick façade adorning the exterior of the building is meant to promote a rustic look.
