The house at Cemara Kuta is a project situated in a prime location, showcasing a house design with a split-level architectural scheme that incorporates cutting-edge tectonics. The design places a high emphasis on thermal comfort by incorporating a spacious atrium that facilitates the "Stack Effect". It also integrates skylights, expansive openings, and landscaping to seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor spaces, creating an ideal environment for sunbathing.
